A Note From Indigo Healing 

Indigo Healing has been serving communities for over 30 years and that our spa brings people and community together, by enriching lives with quality services that our clients can trust.  

The health and safety of our team and clients are always a top priority. We take the growing concerns around the coronavirus (COVID-19) very seriously. I want to share some of the ways we are working to protect clients and allow me to safely continue serving the needs of our community. 

We urge everyone to follow CDC guidelines for taking steps to prevent illness and take steps to protect others. We also encourage staying informed with local resources such as Madison and Dane County Public Health website and UW Health Informational Hotline at (608) 720-5300. 

MASKS -Staff is required fo wear masks during services. It is preferred if you are unvaccinated for COVID 19, that you wear a mask for the protection of staff and other clients.

  Cleaning – Implement additional cleaning procedures, provide additional cleaning supplies such as hand sanitizer, sanitizing wipes and soap for staff and clients and use Spraying disinfecting, which kills bacteria and viruses with EPA registered, hospital grade disinfectant.  We have also added a room purifier with four layer

Limiting Access & Exposure – Access is now limited to our staff and clients only – no other persons are allowed in spa that are not scheduled, exceptions for ADA compliance. 

Personal Protective Equipment- All staff are required to wear masks, and gloves during services. We also respectfully request that our clients wear a mask as well. Exceptions apply for ADA requirements.

Indigo Healing has the right to refuse service to those who show symptoms of illness, during this pandemic. We also encourage clients to limit their own exposure by choosing to cancel your appointments, should you have cold or flu symptoms, with the option to reschedule at a later date, without late fees applying for short cancellation.  

Please do not use this option because you forgot to write an appointment into your schedule. Short cancellation is for individual clients who are ill, and you will be charged the entire amount for your service.
