A Note From Indigo Healing Retreat Center

Indigo Healing Retreat Center has been serving communities for over 30 years and our spa brings people and community together, by enriching lives with quality services that our clients can trust.  

 I have been a spa owner since 1990.  I am a licensed Massage Therapist and Aesthetician, as well as, a professional makeup artist, in the spa and at various theaters like the Overture Center for the Arts.

Community theater has also seen my work through Madison Theatre Guild, Waunakee Junior Miss Pageant and Waunakee Reperatory Theater and other music venues. 

I have also been active in community events as a face painting for Middleton Safe night out and Middleton Fire Department open house.

I have been a massage therapist for races across the state that include American Cancer Society, Susan Koman Race for the Cure,  Madison Mini Marathon, Madison Marathon,MS Ride and Wisconsin Ironman.

I am dedicated to my clientele and always strive to help them maintain optimal health and wellness.

 I provide spa services for relaxation and escape from the everyday world. I believe that staying healthy includes physical and mental well being. My spa offers a private setting for massage and wellness, and our services concentrate on relaxing the mind, body, and spirit are available to help with stress reduction

The Spa offers aromatherapy, facials, body scrubs, paraffin treatments, other spa package services, and Oncology, Prenatal, Sports, Stone and Swedish  massage. Each, of these types, of massages, addresses a specific need for the body, and allows it to heal with individualized techniques, that are designed to compliment your body's recovery needs.

Hand and foot massages and reflexology also offered.

I also offer meditation, and breath work for self healing and to assist those clients, who alongside, standard counseling and traditional medicine, has  improved their health and well being.

Breath work and meditation sessions are also available to heal the inside of our hearts, minds and bodies Currently online or in person.
